New World Development (0017) unveiled the third price list for its State Pavilia redevelopment project in North Point, offering 39 units starting at HK$6.35 million after discounts.

The batch includes one three-bedroom unit, 23 two-bedroom homes and 15 one-bedroom flats, costing between HK$6.35 million and HK$20.93 million after discounts. The discounted prices per square foot range from HK$17,598 to HK$28,088.

State Pavilia’s first round of sales is scheduled for Saturday, involving 168 units.
